Book early to avoid disappointment - The 2017 Exhibition was sold out, with a waiting list, months in advance

BEVA’s lively commercial exhibition offers a great chance to showcase products and services, and to communicate your brand values in a personalised way, face to face with new and existing customers. It provides the chance to keep up-to-date with the latest science and to consider how new developments can improve your business. It’s also a great way to check out the competition. BEVA Congress boasts the largest gathering of equine veterinarians outside the US (with around 1200 vets and nurses in attendance) – where else can you find such a target audience all in the same place at the same time?

The exhibition houses the catering facilities, as well as a number of other attractions including an imaging quiz area, encore room (where delegates can watch back any lectures they have missed) and a practical demonstration area (where delegates can participate in hands-on/interactive CPD). There are also Happy Hours in the exhibition hall on Thursday and Friday evenings, ensuring the exhibition is the central hub of the event. In order to aid delegate flow the scientific programme incorporates staggered lunch and coffee breaks.

But don't just take our word for it in 2017 BEVA Congress received glowing reports from exhibitors:

William Bedell, a Partner at Horse Weigh said: “BEVA Congress is always a priority for us, because it is highly relevant, well organised and extremely popular. This year we estimated that the quality of footfall was up by 30%. Because the vets know we will be there every year they use Congress as the place to make a purchase or upgrade an existing weigh bridge and we have made a good number of sales conversions already. The BEVA team always go the extra mile; they organised enthusiastic vet students to help us set up. For us it’s the best veterinary conference bar none.”

Jo Holme, Managing Director at Bequestrian said: “BEVA have succeeded yet again to pull together a great event for us to exhibit at. I am delighted with the amount of enquires from the delegates and will definitely attend next year although may need a bigger stand next time! The equine and veterinary profession are a pleasure to work with.”
