The Government department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs have launched a new website which provides more information to help the veterinary profession prepare for an EU exit if the UK leaves the EU on 29 March.

We've included a Defra communication highlighting how international equine movements will be affected after Brexit. This note was sent to all relevant OVs on the 18 February 2019 and all BEVA members on the 19 February 2019.
Throughout the government’s negotiations to leave the EU on 29 March the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) has developed plans for all possible outcomes including no deal.
